These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jp8880 platform. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By accessing or using jp8880, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

jp8880 supports BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with no platform-side transfer fees.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. jp8880 reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.
Each member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. jp8880 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to member negligence.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on jp8880. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. jp8880 takes a zero-tolerance approach to underage gambling and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is primarily designed to serve residents of Indonesia. However, access may be available to residents of other jurisdictions where online betting is not prohibited. It is the Member's sole responsibility to verify that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local law in their jurisdiction.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or otherwise — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
2.4 Own Behalf Only. You may only register and operate an Account on your own behalf. Acting as an agent for any third party, or allowing a third party to operate your Account, is strictly forbidden.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC). jp8880 operates a mandatory KYC program. We may request documentary evidence of identity (e.g., national identity card — KTP, passport) and proof of address at registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated time may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify jp8880 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. jp8880 will not be liable for any loss arising from failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3.4 Account Currency. All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). jp8880 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.
jp8880 currently supports the following payment methods for Indonesian members:
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction regardless of the payment method used.
4.3 Processing Times. Bank transfer deposits are processed near-instantly during banking hours (approximately 08:00 – 22:00 WIB). Deposits submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next banking window. Digital wallet deposits are processed immediately at all hours.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. jp8880 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts. Unverified accounts may experience extended processing times pending document review.
4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and is a standard compliance procedure across internationally licensed gaming operators.
4.6 Fees. jp8880 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Members should be aware that their own bank or e-wallet provider may apply standard inter-bank or transaction fees independent of jp8880.
4.7 Transaction Currency. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jp8880 bears no responsibility for any currency conversion costs applied by a Member's financial institution.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by jp8880 are subject to individual promotional terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on each promotion's detail page and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal may be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry of the bonus balance.
5.3 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new Members on their first qualifying deposit only. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, IP address, and payment method. jp8880 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a welcome bonus where abuse or multi-accounting is suspected.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any Member found to be exploiting bonuses through low-risk hedging, arbitrage, or coordinated play across multiple accounts may have their bonus balance voided and their account suspended. jp8880's determination in such matters is final.
5.5 Promotional Amendments. jp8880 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is terminated early, any bonus funds already credited to active accounts will be honoured subject to existing wagering requirements.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on jp8880 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. jp8880 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion — including, but not limited to, situations where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being published.
6.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled; an obvious pricing error occurred; the event outcome was already determined at the time the bet was placed; or in any other circumstance where voiding is required under jp8880's sport-specific rules.
6.3 Football Betting. Sportsbook markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, and FIFA competitions follow standard settlement rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to win for a payout; a voided leg reduces the accumulator by that selection. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement conventions.
6.4 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and real-time odds availability. jp8880 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Member's side. Members should confirm bet acceptance via on-screen confirmation before assuming a bet has been placed.
6.5 Slot & Casino Games. All slot and live casino games on jp8880 are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generators (RNGs). Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
6.6 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published draw outcomes. jp8880 is not responsible for discrepancies arising from unofficial third-party result sources.
6.7 Maximum Payout. jp8880 applies a maximum single-transaction payout limit of Rp 500.000.000 per day across all product verticals combined, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Platform's VIP management team.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jp8880 and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any bonus balance:
8.1 Platform Ownership. All content on the jp8880 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, software, text, graphics, data compilations, and odds — is the exclusive intellectual property of jp8880 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
8.2 Limited Licence. jp8880 grants each Member a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, or derivative creation.
8.3 Prohibited Use. You may not scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, or systematically extract data from the Platform. Unauthorized use of jp8880's intellectual property may result in legal action.
9.1 Data Collection. jp8880 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.
9.2 KYC Data. Identity documents and related KYC data are retained for a minimum period required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and our licensing obligations. This data is stored securely and is not shared with unauthorized third parties.
9.3 Marketing Communications. With your consent, jp8880 may contact you with promotional offers and platform updates. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting our support team or updating your account communication preferences.
10.1 Platform Availability. jp8880 aims to provide continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical interruptions may occur. jp8880 will not be liable for losses sustained as a result of platform downtime.
10.2 Accuracy of Information. While jp8880 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds, results, and content published on the Platform, we do not warrant that such information is free from error. In the event of a manifest pricing error, jp8880 reserves the right to void affected bets.
10.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jp8880's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Consequential Loss. jp8880 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — howsoever caused.
10.5 Force Majeure. jp8880 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
11.1 Voluntary Closure. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting jp8880 support. Upon closure, any remaining cash balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method after successful KYC verification.
11.2 Termination by jp8880. jp8880 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time for the following reasons, without limitation:
11.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with a zero cash balance that remain inactive for more than 12 months may be archived. Accounts with a positive balance inactive for 12 months will be contacted via registered email before any administrative action is taken.
11.4 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to restrict their own access to the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may apply for voluntary self-exclusion. Please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for full details of available tools and procedures.
12.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp8880 holds its primary gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panels of that licensing jurisdiction.
12.2 Member Compliance. Notwithstanding the governing law clause above, each Member remains solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in their own jurisdiction, including Indonesia. jp8880 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.
12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
13.1 Right to Amend. jp8880 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://jp8880.cam/terms-conditions with the effective date displayed at the top of the document.
13.2 Notification. Where changes are material, jp8880 will notify registered Members via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.
13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
